As the custom and personalised items we create are made specifically for you, they are generally not eligible for return or exchange. However, if you experience any issues with your order, please contact us and we will work with you to find a suitable solution.
In the event that your item is lost, damaged, or there is any other issue with your order, please inform us as soon as possible. We are committed to resolving any problems promptly. Please note that delivery delays or delays caused by banks/credit providers are beyond our control, but we will keep you informed and updated at every step.
